While the 18-year-old didn’t get to have an actual commencement ceremony like most of this year’s graduates due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his award-winning actress mother made sure to celebrate his milestone at the comfort of their own home.

Being the proud mom that she is, the 53-year-old actress-filmmaker shared with her one million Instagram followers a series of photos of her eldest son dressed in his blue gown and mortarboard cap.
She captioned the images: “My boy’s day!! Happy Graduation, amazing Ellery! Class of 2020!!!!!!!!”
