Not much has been said about Rumer Willis, but glimpses of her every now and then do pique my interest. I can’t help but compare her to hot mummy Demi when it comes to fashion sense.
The girl definitely has it, though it isn’t quite there yet. For instance, she was spotted attending the Windows Phone 7 launch in Berlin last month.
To promote the new HTC smartphone and operating system, she wore a three-piece ensemble consisting of an asymmetrical skirt, a ruched top, and a jacket.

Well, I do wish she didn’t have any tights on. I also wish she removed her jacket and showed some curves and skin.

That jacket is covering a little too much of her fabulous skirt, and the skirt IS fabulous. It’s the kind that would flatter your legs and make you look extra sexy.
