It’s Rachel Bilson for you today. The brunette celebrity fashionista was spotted in North Hollywood this month after she had purchased a Prince Lionheart Wheely Bug ride-on toy. It’s also available on Amazon.

For the small errand, Rachel kept it really simple by wearing a black top and pairing it with a bright red maxi skirt and flat sandals.

Tell us, what do you think of the look, frumpy or fabulous?

It’s actually hard to tell with that huge toy covering most of her midsection. However, if we were to decide on it regardless, then we’d have to say she could have done better. We think a more fitted top would have made a huge difference.

The skirt, on the other hand, is actually cute and we love its poppy red color. If you love it, then simply grab it from Topshop.

Now although $80 is not exactly expensive, it isn’t dirt cheap as well so if you’re really on a tight budget, we have an even more affordable alternative for you.

Check out this red shirred maxi skirt from Nine 3 Two. It’s currently on sale at Nordstrom, down to $45 from $98!

Top it with a slim-fit tank or tee, some sandals, and then maybe cap it off with a fedora hat for a more polished and laid-back kind of style.
